Tools for Physicians and Care Teams
Back in 2012, the North Carolina Medical Society Foundation founded the Toward Accountable Care Consortium and Initiative (TAC) to help physicians and their teams navigate changes to health care delivery and payment led by CMS. As part of TAC, numerous guides were created including nine (9) general guides and twenty-one (21) specialty specific guides.
